After completing your order, you’ll receive an email with a link to provide information about your property and upload the requested photos directly from your phone, tablet, or computer.
Your property information, photos, and local market data will then be reviewed and analyzed by a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser.

If your property isn’t suitable for a desktop appraisal, your $249 is refundable or may be applied toward a full interior appraisal.
Is My Property Suitable for a Desktop Appraisal?
Desktop appraisals work well for many typical residential properties. However, some homes may require a traditional interior appraisal due to property complexity, limited comparable sales, insufficient market data, or other factors that prevent a credible appraisal from being completed remotely.
If, after reviewing your property, we determine that a desktop appraisal is not appropriate, you can choose either:
Receive a full refund of your $249 payment, or
Apply the full $249 toward the cost of a traditional interior appraisal completed by The Chicagoland Appraiser Group, when available for your property.
