Do I need to upload photos before paying?
No. Start with basic property, intended-use, and contact information, then pay $249. The detailed questionnaire and guided photo upload follow payment.
What photos will I need?
The post-purchase guide will walk you through the home’s exterior, main living areas, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, basement if present, and notable improvements or condition issues.
Can I use this report for any purpose?
Tell us your intended use before ordering. If a lender or another organization needs the report, confirm its appraisal requirements first. Acceptance is not guaranteed.
